Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account. I not used the account for a year and i always used my credit card never used any coupon. Never had any warning, never had any emails, never advetise on illegal stuff i am just selling flowers for god sake! I had my account on paused and now when i open it BANG they suspended it i spent like 10000 of dollars the past years and never any issue. Sometimes you wonder if they want to make money or they are just trigger happy?
