Hey James, why don't you try to get a new account man!
I know it sounds funny, but it's not hard to get another one without banning it.
Another thing is there are some sites which let you use their premium publishers account ads to your site (but you have to rely on them for earning reports).

Sorry but I can't remember the site url right now.
Their criteria is 4K Pageviews per day.
