    I have owned www.torontomapleleafs.ws for a while.

    Never advertised it - not SEO'd.
    It is hosted and has content.

    Wondering what the domain itself could be worth?

    If you are not from Canada - the name is the most popular hockey team in Canada (fan-base wise)

    What is the stigma associated with .ws??

    It does stand for website, correct???

    Any other feedback on .ws?

    Hi, I am the owner of LeafsFans.com and I thought that I would try and help you with an accurate response. The Fanbase for Toronto Maple Leafs Fans is incredible, easily in the many millions. For Hockey it is without a doubt the number 1 followed team in the world. You need to make the personal decision of whether you want to try and develop it fully or just sell it. Developing a site correctly with SEO and etc can take years! If you want to sell it, I suggest a 7-day Ebay Auction starting at one penny. Whatever it closes at is what it is worth. The responses you were given before is true, a .WS domain name is not that valuable. My out-of-the-blue guess is it is worth around $50.

    Haha spoken like a canadian, they are the worlds most followed team? I never knew that...

    I like the Ottawa Senators myself ;)


    On topic: .ws stinks in my opinion, it was first advertised at a lot of registrars as "Web Site" now it's actually a place reference.
