    Counter Strike is Fist Person Shooter Game (First Person Shooter), though everything games require some sort of strategy but it doesn't mean that every game is strategy game, the games are clearly categories as they are.

    These are some strategy games:

    Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos
    Civilization IV
    Company of Heroes
    Homeworld
    Rome: Total War
    Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings
    Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
    Black & White
    Freedom Force
    Sacrifice

    Just check the names you yourself realize these are some serious strategy games...
