    backlinkwatch.com is the much better for me ..I always use this tool to check the back link to the website. But the seoquake is the good option too.

    I think Yahoo Explorer is a good one, it shows you all possible sites linking to your site.

    I usually use Seo Power Suit and Site Explore. But in some case Site Explore can't index total links.
