    Hey Guys,

Just wanted to get your thoughts on Freelance websites. How many of you out there use Freelance websites to find new clients/work?

Do you have a favorite? If so, which do you find is the best paying?

    Thanks!

    Ron

    My favorite is Freelancer.com
To work as a Internet service Provider. I can't answer if it is best paying or not since it depends of the work and of the employees.
When we win a bid, we must pay a fee of 5$, it is expensive i find...

I am currently using Elance and have been pretty successful at finding projects and earning a decent amount of money. Of course there are always clients out there that will want a ton of things done for almost nothing, but there's a good balance.

How are the earnings on the other sites? Competion?

linktopro.com is new, and has chat, web conferencing, and a full Project Management application for free.

if you fund enough, you better have a permanent employee, if the limited funds while using Freelancers with various drawbacks.
I agree with the opinions of our comrades.

I have tried ODESK and so far so good. I use it to look for part time jobs and they have a good system and support.

    Hi,

Scriptlance has been great, but quality is difficult to come by at times. Guru.com seems to wrap up buyer/seller protection and protects agains quality issues by establishing milestones, and a policy that benefits both buyers and sellers.

We are quite happy with Elance. Our consultants write business plans and have got orders in daily basis from there.
