I'm looking for new editor because I'm disappointed with my current editor "PHP Designer 2006". It's sometimes shows file paths incorrect and it takes time to load up. So I'm looking for new editor to fulfill my php, html, javascript etc. coding needs. :D

    Any suggestions?

If you want a complete development package I don't think you can do better than Zend Development Studio, it is a commercial product though so you have to pay. There may be a trial version available.

If you're happy with something simpler I suggest Notepad2. It's a drop in replacement for Notepad on Windows but also has syntax highlighting which is helpful.

Another good notepad-type app for programming is Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net)

Crimson Editor is great. Full syntax highlighting for PHP, javascript, C++, HTML/CSS, Delphi, etc.

    Freeware download here: http://www.crimsoneditor.com/

I second that. EditPlus is an absolutely great editor. Not free, but the US$30 are definitely worth it.

Notepad... the worst editor ever when it comes that of the Windows OS

I have not tried Notepad Plus, but my favorite is Metapad for both programming and writing www.liquidninja.com/metapad

I would vote for Zend Dev Studio if you are a serious programmer and have to manage lots of projects. The auto-complete feature reduces my typing time and I can concentrate lot more on thinking part of the project. It is worth the money.
