my dear fellows , Visit this and solve my one little problem

Nowthis site has been developed in php (of course not by me) using a template.i have edited many things in the template and in this process Menu bar got disturbed .So i just want to take it to original position but i have failed .
There must be small mistake i m making but i dont know what i sthe mistake.
SO please help me?
