    Hello people!

Since 3 weeks, i work as a linkbuilder for someone, i try my best to post only in dofollow blogs however, there are some links which are in nofollow.
I was posting on social bookmarketing sites, dofollow forums, dofollow blogs, ect...
It was a trial and the employee really likes my work so he takes me.

But the problems is i post many backlinks in social bookmarketing sites and today, i think i did most of them and don't find others social bookmark sites to post backlinks.
So i'm concentrating on forums, blogs, articles websites,ect...

But the other problems is that in blogs, some bloggers may take munch time to validate a comment because they update their blog rarely or just because they don't update their blogs anymore.
It is hard to find a blog which validate comments instantly and my employee give me one week for the comments to be validated.
And it puts me a problem because i can't control if the link will be published or not...
It sounds easy but sometimes building backlinks can give headaches, now i must find a blog which approve comments very regurlarly, see if it is dofollow and at the end of the week, re-check all the sites to see if comments are validated or not and re-do the work for inexitant backlinks.

    How do you manage that?
When you build backlinks for yourself, it isn't dramatic but when you work for others and they don't like that comments take time to be approved... not very good.

Where do you post? How do you react when your employees are not happy because your links in blogs take too many time to be approved and they want you to replace them?
