I'm three credits away from my Associates Degree, but I don't care much about college. I'm basically self taught. I teach myself everything. I'm at odds with a lot of the stuff they teach in college these days.....
Tenure is determined by how many publications you produce and how much grant money you obtain. Teaching is not important
