Not a PH.D but I would say that I have quite a bit of education. Not in the sense of actual school, as I have only graduated from High School, and went to Web Design School, but more in real life application. I have owned a web design business on and off for over 5 years, and I think that has taught me a ton, maybe even a PH.D's worth?
I hate school, was university student of political science but gave up... IT WAS SO BORING! Maybe on the next year I will start once again in something new
Oh gosh! Poli-Sci! Aren't students really crazy in that course? I mean with debating and all!! I wouldn't survive in that program either haha. You should check out other programs, there are so many programs that may interest you
You know, actualy I like it! But at my school there was too much of not necessary subjects like psychology... and ekhem that was scary... because I had to learn this sh*t about how ppl react for this for that bla bla bla
Awe, yeah at my school I'm in sciences but we're required to take on credit in HUMANITIES and SOCIAL SCIENCES (which is... not related to what we're taking at all). Hey psychology is scarey but I love it
Hey! Aren't you starting now? I started university at 17 But yes.. are you going for med? That would take forever!!!!! lol
Exactly, last time I checked, real jobs require more than just real life experience! They need to see that 'sheepskin' (Diploma) boy!
There needs to be a good mix between knowledge and actually practical applications.. and experience to the job. Thank goodness for Field courses and research positions at school
no question, experience in your field is undeniably valuable. Better to have something related to your field on your resume than just "Night time clean up boy" @ Target
Haha yeah! And experience = higher pay too Good stuff! Especially when its a course and you get a credit for it!, oh my I'm so nerdy lol
Need more credits for my nursing. But lately I really love doing something else. I don't know if I will continue college and finish all my credits. I feel like my time is insufficient since I have a little one a pre teen and a baby husband. But as of now I am doing an online course on Photography which I really enjoy a lot
I am starting uni new year, however i have achieved quite an amount, considering I only touched a computer when I was 16 lol. Anyways i am too modest to post links
A masters in CS here, but I agree with the previous poster...DP is the equivalent of a PhD in Internet Studies! Jay
i have a bachelor in computer engineering, if i find the time the next year i'll do an MBA to complete my education, but i dont really see the need for a Phd, i think a Phd is for people who want to teach..
