no, they only suport russian and turkish traffic in Asia. Their main markets are Europe and US/Canada.
ValueClick supports all countries all around the world but is not able to fill 100% of your impressions. But that doesn't matter because you can use default-tags that are being displayed if the income should be lower than a certain CPM (that you can define yourself). You could for example enter your AdSense-Tags as default-tags at ValueClick. The good thing at ValueClick is that you can decide which campaings are being delivered and you see all their CPMs before they start.
are ValueClick Media and Google AdSense are compatible to run on the same pages as i have google ads account? what about min reqirement?
Yes, you can combine ValueClick and AdSense on the same pages (I'm doing that since many years). According to the registration form, the requirements are only 100 page impressions daily (the registration form is loading in german language in my browser, I hope the requirements are the same for the english form).
