Yea its safe where I live...we're in the business district so the people here are pretty much awake 24 hours

I cant say about whole country but the city where i live is safe. i can move around anywhere anytime throughout the day. No problems at all.

 

How about during night or 4am in the morning?

 

5:30 AM In Ottawa, Canada and all is quiet

 

It was safe here until the serial killer got loose

 

here in ireland there are some really bad places i wouldnt dare to go at night

 

i think i evry country there are few places like that, but that doesnt mean the whole country id dangerous

 

The only problem is...Why I have to stay awake until 4 a.m at the morning, while I should sleeping at this moment?

I live in the UK, fairly close to London. There is a lot in the news about people being stabbed and stuff. But I happily go out in the early hours of the morning. I rarely feel intimidated by anyone.

 

There have been four murders in my neighbourhood this year. Not very nice at all. However, that doesn't stop me from going out at night, nor anyone else. These things happen, and to change your life in fear of the problem is to admit defeat.

 

Try doing that in the back streets of plaistow.
