    It depends where you go here. City centre is quite safe because its busy till around 5 anyway. You can get into a drunken fight but only if you are looking for trouble. In some areas however people get killed. I was mugged myself a few years ago.

    there are some areas that are safe but some of them are not...thank God i dont have any instances that I was put in danger..

    There are certain places in my country that are very safe to go out at night. But most of the time I would advice against it since there are lot's of petty crooks loitering around.

    i cannot say for my country but my city people r out with families and ladies till 4 and 5 no problems.
    havent heard about any case since last 19 years and thats when i was born.

    here nobody is out after 12:00 PM except the police man (he scares too)

    But i don't much scare
    because i think i am the most scary thing that anybody can find in the dark of the night

    In Pakistan, its not safe even at the day. At Night its too much dangerous, specially in our area. You can't stay out at night. If you still want to, then you must take a gun with you.
