On your site it says 24/7 support but the Live Support is offline. I think the hosting feature page should be a little more detailed. You should include version # of features like MySQL, cPanel, etc. so your potetial customers want have a question in there mind what they're getting. On the home page the 'Special Offer' that you have going on is kind of hard to read. I think that you should keep the design of that simple.
The logo isn't good, the central banner is hard to read. The order now font looks like it was taken from "The matrix". Your checkout page is not "https".

Hello, I do webdesign quite a while from now, and I can see many things wrong on the design: the logo doesn't look very professional (maybe just keep text and get rid off the shape behind it), also the navigation bar seems odd in my point of view: maybe change the gradient colors to make it a bit darker or just go with a one color background. The white area below seems resized down which lowers it's quality, also try using the white space you have and let some space beetween texts. For the buttons saying "order now", they don't really look good at my point of view, maybe try going with something cleaner and don't use bevel and emboss (it's an old style). Also you have some css problems concerning text spacing. In general, I don't really like how the website looks, maybe should you go with a sleek clean website. Regards, Imad Rep+ is appreciated
I don't understand why your called 25cent hosting, if at least one of your prices isn't 25 cents? You don't need the name of your site above your logo, I'd lose that and put something like 'Web Hosting from 25c' or however you start from. The logo needs some work, I wouldn't bother the background on it, it's not working, just use the text in the dark colour of the background you have behind in on the text. The images below the login could be cleaned up and made a little bigger, they kind of look like they've been taken from somewhere else at the moment. Where it says 'Clients Login' I'd lighten that up, you don't have enough contrast between the text and the background. The order now button, I would change the font, it's not a commercial font. Look at amazon etc for perfect examples of buttons like this. Your special offer star in my browser (firefox) is off to the left rather than sitting on the right of it's box. Your tag cloud has too many gaps, it needs tightening up. If you could list your features at the bottom in two or three horizontal lists with icons they would look so much better. The actual site is ok, it could look more business like, something different to the thousand of other hosts out there, the special package deal offer looks a little rushed but is factual. The prices are good, the word "UNLIMITED" does get you reading more and is a good POS.
