Hi all, which will your first choice for link exchanging:

1- Link exchange with high PR page
2- Link exchange with high traffic websites
3- Link exchange with google index page but no PR
4- Link exchange with high PR but no more traffic.

Definately, #2, exchange with high traffic websites espeically if the link is placed on a prominent, easy to locate page. However, when doing exchanges, traffic levels are almost impossible to determine. Alexa is not accurate. Page rank can easily be determined and that is why most people use that as a benchmark for exchanges unfortunately. I think if there was an accurate traffic tool available, link exchanging would be totally different.

 

2- Link exchange with high traffic websites with Same THEME

 

I would go for either high traffic or high PR.

 

5- Link exchange with theme-relevant target-traffic-bringing sites that don't use rel=nofollows and other sh***, no matter the PR. How's that for an answer?
