    How much does it cost to run the site per month?

    In terms of hosting/ bandwidth/ is it on dedicated server? With who, and how much is that cost?

    Hi,
    Sure - hosting at the moment is used for this one + other sites I own, I rent a dedicated for it but you really can use either a high-end shared (when I bought it the hosting was a shared one and it worked great) or a simple vps.
