$100k a year, let alone a month is a distant dream for me at the moment... getting closer though

 

You could make $100,000 per month from $0 in one year... You just have to release something very amazing. It is very difficult nowadays.

 

Keep doing good in college, and keep making big bucks from forex .

I am new to the forum but after a month of planning here are my goals:

1.Get my two personal blogs setup and running with a small following
bloggingfataway.com and budcalabrese.com
2. Start a series of mini niche sites
3. Get 5-10 bans stores up and running
4. Try to learn more about web design (xhtl,css, php, mysql)
5. Learn way to monetize my sites and hopefully be generating $100 a month
though my sites
6. Work on continually improving my work

Also a maybe but semi on the back burner - get my MCSA (I am a network guy by trade)

So far I have one blog up but working on content. I just got a bans store up and having the design outsourced as we speak. Just bought 2 web design books. Hopefully I can achieve these goals and shot to surpass them.

 

Finally...someone with a decent business plan.

 

my plan is to expand my flagship site to another 2-3 sites to create a more stable network.

 

2008.... Hire a new php programmers, find another SEM/SEO person for the team, grow by 150 sales each month. Get my retirement plan in shape as I'm about to turn 30 and its all important.

I totally agree, average ideas get average money, great ideas and hard work gets more money.

I always tell everyone to look for the right idea, not every idea!

 

I've developed my "3.0" version for my dating site, will have alot of work with the php/ajax and a few design re-news, tons of new functions and going by "Keep it simple stupid!"

Finish highschool is second and going to college (silly me)

Getting an m3 by next summer (I'm 18 btw) is do-able!

 

What about the bills?

 

My 2008 plan includes:-
1) spending quality time with my family
2) invest regularly in health
3) earn loads of money
4) travel and see the world
i wish 2008 and beyond be great for all of us

 

Simple: 3xM (Make More Money)

 

Thanks for starting this thread... got me thinking which I often forget to do. Here are some initial thoughts that I need to put into a plan:

- Sell House
- Move to North Carolina (before my Vermont-born wife changes her mind!)
- Sell one of my businesses (too many irons in the fire)
- Maintain/Grow revenue from websites (with end goal of quitting day job)
- Migrate primary sites to next generation - new design, updated scripts
- Launch 3 new sizable site ideas
- Retire from the day job (this is the major end goal ... all the rest is a means to an end)

 

Making an xxx site
Start making serious money with Adsense
Make an afilliate site

And maybe open my own company

 

That sounds good to me, someone that put in some thinking work. I wish you the best success with this.

 

I sell some items on Ebay and other sites. I think I have to be more aggressive and I need to find more suppliers who are reliable.

I still haven't figured out how much I should be making!

 

- move to the sun !!!
- launch a small part of my life's work (online)
- find more partners to further world domination (beat Google or some such) (related to the previous point)

 

thanks m8 for the comment. I will work on keeping it updated too. Btw where is your plan? Just curious i like seeing these plans helps to make your own so they are not to easy to accomplish but not crazy either.

 

Briefly, I intend to sell power plant equipment, construction machinery, bulk cement, commodities, properties and more like this. I'm the internet edge within my network. Of course the whole plan is a bit more complex. To draw more valid attention from potential customers I started doing research on SEO and landed here.
