Well, i'm at the very low end of normal and it's impossible for me to put on weight without doing weights.
My BMI works out to 24.76 which falls in the "Normal" category and have to work hard to maintain my BMI within the normal level
I'm overweight. It would be great if someone makes an online calculator that would convert the results. I may be able to do that myself. But over all thank you for this great info have a wondefull day
