I am also using the same technique. And if you still want more, you can search in Google some technique and different methods that can help you out. As I believe learning is a continuous process, we must seek hard to learn new ideas each day as it will help us in a great way.

 

I don't agree neccessarily.

First, I never reinvented the wheel. Content is my main thing. If anything works in my favor, its not letting anyone duplicate my articles.

But with ideas, if someone has a great secret idea, the value does not remain just the same, the value remains GREAT for them.

If they share that great idea with others in the same niche, other basically chop up the other guy's traffic into small rations, where each person takes a cut of their traffic.

That's exactly why I don't share much with others in my same niche.

Now if there are ideas commonly known as the "staples" of website SEO, those may fit your example of doubling.

Actually, ideas exchanged remain the same. Ideas have to be built upon to double. But maybe since you did not elaborate, I missed a point that you intended. Feel free to explain more about what you mean.

Reading the part of the tools I think you mean, my home page has around 2,300 links, and my redwood page has about 3,000 links.

The site is about 7 years old.

I did not work much on links for my home page the past 3 years. Spent some time the last 3 years for the redwood page.

Currently, I am focused mainly on the home page.
