Best strategy for me is thru proper arrangement on my site, just a few links on my homepage, make sections based on themes.
Even without outgoing links, i was able to rank more than sites which had links! Yes, a very competitive category. U have all heard of SILOING!

Haha some funny responses here. I'm sure everyone has their own method of seo. I think it safe to say we use a lot of similar ways but some have refined it to suit ther needs. All we can do is get better at it.

FRESH CONTENT, good quality content yeah is work for your blog but what is BEST SEO TECHNIQUES FOR just Landing Page?? like shopping site or Marketing Landing Page site???

I have also started SMO recently and posting article and blog in social sites.

Always be an active member of some good quality forums like DP.

Place fresh content on site or on blog. Share your knowledge on blog posts. Comments posting on dofollow blog.

There are many techniques that we can do in SEO.

 

Do some on-page optimization and off-page optimization

On-page, create good content, put meta tag in main site pages, h1,h2 tag optimization, image optimization, use bold, italic and underline tag in content<b><i><u> etc.

Off-page optimization: Start from directory submission, after that do the social bookmarking, article submission, rss feed submission, create blog and put content related to your product, forum posting, forum signature & press release & Blog Commenting etc.
