Your appraisals for 2 new domains(no PR - alexa)

    Hello people, i bought about a month ago 2 new domain names.
    I haven't done absolutely anything with them yet.

    The domains are:
    WebHeart.cn (it has 135 backlinks just to mention it)
    ASIAdir.cn

    they are 20 days old actually, so i don't expect to sell them soon:D

    Are the domain names good? If i "grow" their PR, can you estimate a sale price?:)

    I personally think a domain name is all about what you make of it these days since most of the type-in traffic is .com's.

    Basically to get an accurate appraisal I think you will need to have hard numbers to show it to whomever you wouyld be selling the domains too. Nothing beats having hard numbers! :D

    If you were to set a price for these domain names, how much would you?:D

    I like webheart.cn really much and think that .cn can be sold to non-chinese individuals/bussinesses too. Do you agree with that?

    I dunno man.. to be honest I wouldn't pay for a .cn domain unless it was for branding and even then I'd most likely brand domain.com/tld

    Wish I could be more optimistic but just going off what I've seen/know..
