Your ad shares a similar Display URL with a competing, higher ranking ad

    HEY GUYS

    does somebody know what this message mean :Your ad shares a similar Display URL with a competing, higher ranking ad
    i find many keyords of mine doesnt show my add !!!!!!!!!!
    though the quality score is great . and i have no other advertiser on the same url .

    Affiliate marketing?

    If that's not it maybe it's competing with another ad/keyword in your account.

    Yip.

    It means that someone sharing the same display url is ranking higher than you and Google will only show one ad per display url.

    As Guy from Chicago says, it is also possible that (run a full ad diagnostic test to find out) another keyword / advert in your account could be displaying.
