Your ad is not being shown for reasons unknown to the Ads Diagnostic Tool.

I was searching on google for a couple of keyword and I noticed that my ads were not being triggered, so I logged in to my adwords account and I used the Ads Diagnostic Tool, typed the keywords and this is what I get: "Your ad is not being shown for reasons unknown to the Ads Diagnostic Tool."
This is the first time that I see something like this. Has this happened to anybody before?

Yes this happened to me before.

The diagnostic Tool is a kind of simulator and has only error messages for very basic issues.

Possible causes that you add are not been displayed is that it has been triggered 1 or more flags that put it on pending for manual review (using trademark terms, misspelling) or a new account that are under review status, etc..

thanks for the reply. I'm using pretty generic keywords so I dont think its a trademark issue, misspelling either and I have had my account for like a year at least.
I hope this is just a temporary thing...

    Are you getting impressions?

Normally is hard to see your own campaigns on Google as they are not displayed for all searches.

The important is if you are getting impressions or not.
