I'd think you will have no problem sponsoring yourself if you're an SEO "consultant"? And you don't have to go to UK or USA to improve your English, just read and write on forums and do freelance works with English-speaking people and that's it.
Hi. It isn´t about money. I would like improvement my English. It's completely different two months to be in an environment where people speak only English as a somewhere home and learn or write with people.
