    Anyway if that was the case I am sure the price would be a "little" higher than $xxx

    sounds like a great domain but even catchy ones like that may be hard to find a buyer for. I'd say low xxx

    Thanks everybody for your input. It seems that there is no clear answer when it comes to appraisals.

    For the moment I've ordered an appraisal from godaddy to see what the "experts" have to say about this :)
