    I think I would change the banner so it looks more like it is part of the site.

    I would add google adsense and Kontera.

    Funny interesting images, I like it. Just draw a border for the content and make the text into justify style..

    To be honest, it is full of text which is a bit boring.
    I suggest you add some images to make it vivid.
