As per the concept provided in this program, they are going to give you a free car and you will charged for the miles you drive at the end of the month. And you can change batteries for free at any battery stations. You do not have to wait and charge your battery.

But there isn't really any practical ways to refill on fuel, or anything.

 

I'm with westboy, I'd prefer to drive fuel powered for now.

 

If they could develop a battery that last a lot longer and takes fewer time to recharge, then I guess electric cars would take off.

if the mechnical work (which is done by the rolls of car ) could be transfer in to electrical energy then it's possible
