No it is not. Thye reversed only 1 month payment and saw 10000s 0f $$$ profit. Now if they do the same for past 6 months, they can see 600000s $$$

Why should you leave treasure untouched :D ?

Just give it a honest try. I suggest withdrawing 100$ or 200$ first if you are so afraid.

getting the money in the account is less of a problem, the main fear factor is limiting of the account as it will lock your money and also f**k up your work/business for a good amount of time...

Priority is getting money to bank. After that even if it limits, we can just move on with another gateway or another account.

they don't care much about their rep and that's been too evident in the recent past :( they have a 'LOYAL' customer base which maintains its monopoly and forces everybody else to participate too :( It's sickening really... I feel as if I have murdered somebody or maybe done something illegal LOL ... I feel a constant fear in the bottom of my heart !

Well.. Paypal has restored my Account.

I have a small doubt guys - Can I receive any personal payments in the future? Because most people are sending me personal payments..

Even if one wishes to, it is just not possible to send or receive payments through 'personal' option for all Indian Paypal users.... anymore! This feature has been permanently disabled... until further notice!
What more... even the payments received in the past under this head is being investigated and limited for want of proof... hence it is better to stay away from it... altogether! :)

    Regards,

I received 2 personal payments in Jan. How do I explain them (and several personal payments that I sent out ... small amounts like $8,$12) if they ask me? I assume your account was flagged bcoz of the personal payments you'd received so how did you get out of the mess?? I'd appreciate your help a lot
