Balanced diet. Sometimes we need meat, sometimes we need veggies. You just have to know where to find the freshest.
I grew up vegetarian, ate meat as a teenager, went vegan for a while, and now I try to eat a little of everything. It's really hard to eat veg when you have to worry about blood sugar/diabetes.
I am both ...I love veggies but i also eat meat ....I love veggies especially made into salad or vegetable salad...
I am non veg.But sometimes I limited what I eat. sometimes I don't eat meat, fish. Too much meat not health too. So I try to balance my menu with vegetables which are rich fiber.
Meat!! Although veggies can be good with a nice meat sauce or even with lots of cheese! I'm amazed that people really don't like cheese.. i sometimes think to myself where did those people come from? I think they washed up on the beach. CHEESE is absolutely amazing along with meat!
