I am also EGGITARIAN ! ! ! I don't prefer fish meet even I didn't try it before but I like EGG and chocolate Egg Stuffs..
I was vegetarian for much of my life, vegan for a while, but now I pretty much just eat what I can get cheaply and easily.
Vitamin B12 is major source of non-veg and it can be only derived from animal products. Deficiency in vitamin b12 may lead to memory loss, hypertension etc.
I am a meat eater, but i do love Vegatarian foods. Vegi Burgers are great. Vegetables are very good for you. I quite like carrots. Regards, M1chael
