I get 1000's of views to my videos but no one clicks on my link in my You Tube profile. How do I get people to visit my site from You Tube?

I think you should include your url in the video.

The URL of your site should be in the video's description, preferably the 1st line

Water mark your video with your url. Have it always showing at the bottom of the video then at the end, have a blank screen with the url on it saying something like "to find out more visit..www.xyz.com"

a URL in the video would be nice

but in the end, it's QUALITY of the videos, and how APPEALing they are to the general and hardcore audience.

I put the URL in the description. It's clickable so I should get clicks now. I think this You Tube traffic thing will be short lived. Just like everything else it's a matter of time before they disabled links on the description and ban urls in the video. Seems like the whole internet is like some huge Nazi monopoly.

definitely watermark your videos, that way if somebody embeds it on their site, your URL will still be shown to anybody viewing your video

No, YouTube loves having hosted videos gain mega traffic. Think of all the revenue that's made via Adsense from the publishers who get to put up ads on videos that have views in the MILLIONS...

In exchange for the money that's being made off videos, I think letting hyperlinks remain in descriptions is a fair compromise...lol
