You tube Keyword Stuffing, could u get banned

    if the description was stuffed with tons and tons of keywords... can youtube ban you? I see alot of videos that are keyword stuffed.

    Yeah, I've seen absoutely tonnes that are a joke and all for the youtube search engine and not useful to the user at all.

    How many keywords are you talking about, and how many do you "really" need? There is a difference between trying to promote your video and spamming. I have put 20+ keywords in some of my videos and have never had a problem. On the other hand I have seen descriptions with maybe 1,000 spam keywords in the description, but I did not keep track of the video to see if it was removed.

    There is a difference between tags and the description. I am going to guess that you are asking about putting keywords in the actual description. Because you can only have a certain number of tags.

    I bet he's talking about the description kev.

    Well I think that Youtube staffs hasn't taken action on these kinds of stuffs. Maybe they haven't noticed this one yet. We all know how a keyword stuffing look like compare to just a description with keywords on it. If Youtube admin will notice these kind of stuffs, I'm sure they will take serious actions to stop it.
