I downloaded the script from rapid share. It looks like it'll be almost impossible to modify it. It uses ffmepg and wget get the file and do the conversion however these are not used be a php script but the php file calls ymp3.elf which is a precompiled linux elf executable that is impossible to modify without the source code for it which does not seem to be included. So without writing most of this from scratch it is not possible unless you have the source code somewhere. I doubt it would work very well anyway as I doubt most youtube videos would provide audio at 128 kbps.

but the other sites convert videos to 128kb/s rate only for all youtube videos;so i dont think that would be a problem.
would it work if we change some of the values in the ymp3.elf from 64 to 128?
if no,do u know of any other script that converts youtube videos to 128bits rate?

It is not possible to modify ymp3.elf without the source code. It it not a plain text file opening it with a text editor just gives gibberish. If you are really persistent you might be able to do it with a hex editor. You would have more luck making your own script, using a different one, or contacting the orginal author to change it.
