    $20 Million on just a movie hmmm
    I would make it definitely terrible, here is how I would start

    - Buying loads of antique video recorders
    - Set up everything needed in all locations of Saskatchewan
    - Launch the recording during winter
    Like who wants to see a horror movie in the winter, located in Saskatchewan? lol
    Background music would be some old country with a bit of "where the green grass grows" just so its not fitting in with the movie whatsoever lol

    Later realizing at the end of the movie, only thing that would be haunting is beaver making a dam, even tho all the water in the creek is frozen!
