Can you develop a website script from the ground up which is basically a sweepstake website. This includes the following:

1. join-up/registration that includes payment of a fee to join

2. An area for the clients to choose what football teams will win. Weekly roster and results to be uploaded via CSV file or similar. The script to automatical calculate the results and winners.

3. Script to handle multiple members.

4. A scoreboard will be maintained that will show weekly winning results and a progressive tally showing leader board from 1 - 100.

5. At the conclusion of the season, the winner will be declared.

6. Script to be web based but only viewed on club and hotel consoles - Will need advice on how to do this.

7. Will need ongoing maintenance of the script for an extended period of time.

Just to drop in my two cents, I hired him to help with some overflow work and the project turned out to be harder than I expected, however, instead of giving up or asking for more money, he stuck with it for several hours and made sure it was working and I was satisfied. Very happy with the results and will continue to use him!
