You must set the "ad_network_ads.txt" file to be writable

    I never click on a link from DPS on my site, but today was different.

    I clicked on TOYS link to: http://www.no-fuss-toys.co.uk/

    At the bottom, I see:
    You must set the "ad_network_ads.txt" file to be writable.
    You must set the "ad_network_ads.txt" file to be writable.
    You must set the "ad_network_ads.txt" file to be writable.
    You must set the "ad_network_ads.txt" file to be writable.

    My question is that I am dislaying ads for him, but he doesn't show my ads?
    There isn't any contact information, so I can't email them to help them fix their problem.

    It's not a reciprocal network.

    Ads can go a to b and then b to c.

    His ads will drop out of the network ..... if they are even there...which I doubt
