    So far I know Google send payment once account balance reaches $100 not $10. If Google allow withdraw payment in your country only $10 then it's ok but for that you need to validated your account Google will send you PIN by Normal Postal order you need to put the PIN and after you can able to request for money

    you must first receive the pin code before setting the payment method. if you have not received it you may request another one.
