You manage the site, I pay to host it and direct, we split profits 50-50

I run a content-based website for college students called DormWise which I simply haven't had the time to maintain recently. It's traffic has plummeted and since I work full time I haven't been able to continue to market it properly.

I would hate to see this site, which I designed, coded, marketing, wrote the content and did the artwork for, disappear. I would like someone who can manage and market the site, possibly do some design as well although that's not really important at the moment and manage incoming article content. They will receive 50% of the profit from adsense and I will continue to pay hosting costs, direct the site and get new interns to deliver site content. This would be a one year partnership at the end of which we would evaluate and possibly increase the percentage of income for you.

This would be a great job for a college or university student looking to practice web marketing and earn some extra money. Please get in touch!
