You know your addicted to Web Statistics if…

1. You check your stats more than once a day knowing they will have not changed because they update the following day.

2. You use more than one source to check stats, e.g cpanel, google analytics, statcounter etc.

3. As soon as you turn your computer on, you immediately go to check your stats.

4. When you go on holiday you can’t wait to get back to check your stats, if you didn’t already check them while your on holiday!

5. You spend most of your time thinking about ways to increase your statistics.

6. You spend more time looking at statistics than actual blogging or developing your site!

7. You day dream about web statistics!

8. You compare your stats against your rivals and try and better them.

lol i definitely was like that before. but now i seldom check my stat but i check the income instead

 

I used to check every hour but I very seldom do now.

 

I think for most people it's new and exciting at first, but eventually you get into the pattern of only checking once a day. Of course, there are some people who really do get addicted and I feel sorry for them. The love of money is the root of all evil.
