    To whom it may concern,

    I am one of your users with the ID of "Azemati". A few days ago I got an email that said "you have multiple accounts" and my account got closed. I do not have multiple accounts at DigitalPoint I work in a company and my friend's account (one of them with the ID of "faaaaaaf1980") who works here got canceled also. That's why your records show the same IP using multiple accounts.

    This ID (and "AzematiTEMP" too) that I'm contacting you with is just temporary and only used to notify you about my problem. You can delete this ID after I get my old account back.

    Again I do not have multiple accounts registered at DigitalPoint. Please let me know what to do.
