    I looks like a huge huge number of people are banned on DP forum. I think that people should read the rules and comply fully.

    The admins should see that what can they do to reduce the number of people they ban,

    No that is rather bad. Many infractions lead to Ban.

    Infractions give you promotions?
    DigitalVoice?
    700th post fail?

    Bottom line is, you get an infraction when you violate these rules, as well as any rules that are posted in sticky threads around the forum, mainly in the BST. If you get an infraction, it'll have X number of points and expire in a certain number of days. If you get more than 10 infractions at any one point, then you'll be banned until enough infractions expire to push you back below the 10 infraction threshold. Good luck :).
