Hey guys, I offer a number of different services here, at digitalpoint, however, I recently got a - iTrader from a member who said I was a scammer and said I sell hacked domains (which is never true), the guy is now (thankfully) banned, however, I want this crappy iTrader removed from my account (so I go back down to 0 again).

You must and need to control the iTrader, you can't just allow members to give - iTrader with no proof of their claim, I have already lost 2 services due to this - iTrader.

    Who moderates this crap?

    Who can remove it?

And please do a better job in moderating this.

    Thank you.

So you are suggesting that we do a full investigation every time someone leaves a negative of positive iTrader? Because that's not going to happen, sorry.

No, you get your moderators to review the iTrader (or, if the member proves his point, the - iTrader is removed)

Moderators do not have time to review iTrader whether or not Shawn tries to "get" us to. iTrader is an unmoderated area. We don't get involved in private business disputes, and that's all iTrader disputes are anyway. If you don't like it, you don't have to use it. You have the other option of leaving feedback in the deal thread itself, where there's an open conversation and people can see both sides. And just for the record, starting threads like this with orders isn't going to help your case. If you suspect true iTrader abuse (like someone setting up multiple accounts to leave you a bunch of negatives for no actual deals) then report it. But not liking or agreeing with what was said is not grounds for removal. If there had been no deal and it was someone following you around leaving you iTrader for no reason, you should have reported it privately. But the moment you left iTrader for them you confirmed a deal took place, meaning both sides can leave any iTrader they want. Unless of course you say there wasn't a deal -- in which case you'll also be banned for iTrader abuse.

You should check how many Admins and Mods there are on DP. They already got enough things to do on their hands.

If you're going to buy a service from someone then you ask the service provider for references and e-mails of those so you can verify if their service is good.

Solution: Hire a moderator just for moderating BST section & iTrader issues.

Why should DP hire a moderator to serve as a referee between two users?...do you realize how many disputes there must be here just on a daily basis? It would be a living nightmare to have to listen to the whining and accusations back and forth..lol....You couldn't pay me enough to do a job like that!

If you want a moderator for transactions, take it up with your payment service provider.

Guys, you clearly do not understand.

That person came into my thread, made a load of bullshit up, left me a - iTrader, and then I reported in, and got banned.

There was NO, and I mean NO service between me and him, the stupid prick thought it would be funny to leave - iTrader for no reason, he couldn't even back up his claim, how pathetic.

We need a moderator to moderate iTrader, or get rid of the fucking thing, it causes more trouble then its worth anyway, its a very very VERY bad system to have on a forum, as it just gets abused wayyyy to easily.

At the end of the day, what the fuck does it prove? Does it prove that a deal has took place? How do you know a deal took place? How do you know someone with big iTrader isn't trying to scam you? (They have before.) If someone had 50 iTrader, could you really trust them? Can you trust anybody on the freekin internet!?

    Thanks.

No deal took place? Ok then, you're both banned for iTrader fraud for leaving iTrader when no deal took place. Simple.
