you don't have to be from the US to vote

I am in the US, but I can't vote. They won't let me into the voting booth unless I register to vote. No big deal, I vote with my Paypal account instead. And I don't think there is any reason you people around the world can't do the same.
After all, after we are done with Iraq, Iran, Venesuela, North Korea, and Cuba, guess what, we are still going to have plenty of unused bombs left :)

It's not, but some of the candidates accept donations via Paypal

That's a brilliant idea. I'm going to auction off my vote. Highest donation will get me to vote for their party (I keep the money from that bid) and all other donations will go to that party to help fund their campaigns.

you have to think about this realistically, theres about 100 million voters in US, selling your vote would not be sufficient cause for compensation as you comprise 0.000001% of the total popular vote.

There are some posts here that make me wonder why oxygen use on the planet is not considered a commodity that must be purchased.

LOL great post, made me laugh, rep added.

Perhaps this was the ratio of how much they invested in their campaign to the amount of votes they received, but there is absolutely no way a senator or house of representative member would pay $30 for someone to vote for them.
