You don't have permission to do that

    Anyone else also getting the same problem when logged in as admin?

    I already cleared the browser's cache and cookies but still the same..

    Ideas are much appreciated. :)

    I was trying to add a category and got this error. I am using WP 2.1.2

    My fault, I forgot to add that I am using wordpress. :D

    There is a bug in the current version of Wordpress that effects some users. Try to see if you can delete posts or users for example.

    If this is your situation the workaround is to disable JavaScript in your browser when you want to create a category.

    In IE its called active scripting and is in the custom security option (I believe). In FF its just called JavaScript. Once you delete/create what's needed then just enable it back.
