There's no limit that I'm aware of. I just imported a sheet with 4,000 yesterday with no problems.

Do you have a gold account? This is what it says for me when I go to add keywords:

Note: You may enter up to 50 keywords below. Keywords may contain multiple words and can be up to 100 characters long.

That is the normal cut and paste or add box. There is an upload function that you should be using for more keywords than that.

Oh ya, I do have a gold account. There's no limits on the amount you can upload in there.

Theres no upload function in my account. The upload function is supposed to be for gold accounts only.

I'm gonna call them and try to get a gold account now, because the be eligible all you need to do is spend $6k a year, which shouldn't be to hard this year.

Yeah the bulk upload feature is only for gold or higher accounts. It's helpful when trying to push a few thousand keywords at once

Hmm... I just checked and I have access to an import feature in Panama.

I have no knowledge of me having a Gold Account.

When on the campaign tab I have:

    "Summary", "Editorial Status", "Import", "Search".

Under import I see the same basic template import that I had under the old system.

I could have a gold account, but I have no way of knowing and have never been told that nor seen anything indicating that is the case.

    Edit:

I see the criteria mentioned above of spending $6k a year. If that is all it takes then never mind. :)

I have two Panama accounts and I just called today and got them to upgrade me to the gold account. So I see the "Import" tab now on the gold account. I just checked the new, non gold account, and the Import tab definitely isn't there!

So now that I have a gold account, all is well!
