One thing you could consider doing is consolidating all of your sub-forums. To entice people to register and post on your forum, they need to see activity. When someone looks at your website now, they see 13 subforums with little activity... If you were to consolidate your subforums into "General Dog Discussion". 'Dog Nutrition" and "Miscellaneous", your forums would look alot more busy and your would have more success recruiting new members. Monetization wise, the sky is the limit. Adsense, private advertisers, affiliate programs, forum sponsorship, etc. There are so many different ways, you just have to put in alot of work. Good Luck Jim Square Smile
