    I want to integrate Stripe. Do I need someone to create me a Credit Card authorization form? Where can I get one from?

    Im a big user and fan of stripe. I have it implemented not only on my websites but clients site as well. There are several easy ways anyone can set it up. If your using Wordpress there are free plugins you can download to accept payments. Remember, Considering your accepting payments on your websites directly you want an SSL Certificate.     There are even easier ways, if you use an online invoicing tool like Freshbooks, you can just drop in your API key and then when you send an invoice clients can pay easily on Freshbooks with their CC.
