Yoga has only one drawback - it will not give a quick result for weight loss. But much faster than fitness will give the body a beautiful shape and improve the condition of the skin. There are practically no contraindications to it. People with a sick and injured spine and impaired functions of the vestibular apparatus cannot go to classes.
