    I had tried both of them on my blog. Yoast was one of my best choice but their recent updates make the site very slow and still have some bug. All in one SEO pack have some average performance. I am currently using The SEO Framework plugin for SEO of my blog and found it very reliable.

    I am using Yoast plugin since 1 years, All in one also good plugin but i like yoast because this plugin give me some advance feature.

    They both basically do the same thing.
    I like Yoast just because I find it easier and nicer to work with.
